Yes this would help to get you “de-sandboxed”. If you are sandboxed and do nothing at all its hard to say how long you could remain there but if you are continuing to build backlinks at reasonable rate this will help.

There will be an availabilty limit to the number of additional sites you can purchase…meaning, each site purchased is basically another membership and we can only accept so many members. So if you go to purchase and you buy the last available membership there would be no option for additional sites but on the other hand if you were to be the first to join there would be many additional site available for purchase.
